This is just the stuff we hear about. then there’s the brutal gang rapes in India. and drug-related violence still goes on daily in Latin America.

And you know damn well there’s a ton of horrific shit going on in China and Russia they’ll make sure we never find out about.

Former employee from what we can see from now... It’s a home for disabled people and he attacked them while they were sleeping.

Unfortunately, Japan is PLAGUED with mental illness issues and litteraly nothing is done to fight it. Workers going berserck often end up killing themselves though as suicide is way higher than normal here. Until current work ethics and authoritarian hierarchy is fought in Japan, this kind of stuff will unfortunately certainly keep on happening again and again.

Sadly, workers going berserck after years of work under terrible conditions is not uncommon here. They usually just kill themselves though... Not this time. Japan has a massive problem with how workers are sometimes treated, leading many workers to depression and suicide due to work condition is common. This time one went berserck apparently...

Pretty much nothing is done to help those people in here... This kind of stuff is bound to happen and it’s actually surprising that it does not happen more often.

I’m sure there will be gun nuts pissing themselves in delight as they race to their computers to stamp out some drivel about how Japan’s gun laws don’t stop mass killings, because every few years somebody goes crazy with a knife. Instead of you know, somebody with a gun, every single month.

That is some fucking horrible logic. “No guns means they’re still mass killings; legalize guns so there can be more!”

The scariest part is that it belongs to the biggest lobbying group in the US and it controls an entire political party.

Some variation of “laws don’t do anything” always comes up.

Daesh will probably claim this as one of their actions even if it doesn’t have anything to do with them. Like they did with the Munich shooter who was actually a shia.
